Conditions of Use
The Order Process works like this:
1. Orders will be dispatched after reciving the payment.
2. After you Ordered you will get an automated email. if this doesnt happend something is wrong. in this case please check if the shopping cart is still holding the items you want. if this is true please just do the order process again.
3. As soon as i recived your order i will send you a personal email and set your order to "processing".
4. When i recived your payment i will pack and dispatch your order. missing items will be refunded and you will get a note.
5. I try to do a dispatch every thursday. all orders i recived payment till thursday i will dispatch. orders will, as time allowes, dispatched also on other days. normaly i can dispatch your orders inbetween 1 to 7 days. if its take a bit longer you will recive a note.
6. When the order is dipatched you get a note, if your shipping option has a tracking number i will send you the trackingnumber with the dispatchment note.

1. The prices of the items you are purchase on this website are the once who are listed. the price does not include shipping.

the price on shipping depends on three factors:
1. the weight of the media
2. the size of the media
3. where it should be send
to calculate this here i use fright units.
the shipping price will be calculated on this math.
the standart unit is 1 x 12inch with 1 unit, 7inches are 0.18 units and cds are 0.2 units for instance.

* depends on the excat destination going from outer EU states but in Europe up to USA and far out to Australia and Japan for instance.
Note: Briefe (letter) and Päckchen do not have a tracking. if you really think you need a tracking please send a note with your order and i will take care of it.
